Description

Intuit is hiring a Senior Manager to monitor and manage Payment Network Rule changes across Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, NACHA, and regulatory requirements. The role analyzes rule changes, translates requirements for Legal, Compliance, Product, and Development teams, manages vendor alerts and remediation, oversees compliance programs, and supports audits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of fintech product compliance experience, and at least three years managing card-brand rule compliance or serving as a rule-change liaison. The position is based in Mountain View, Oakland, San Diego, or Washington, DC, with an expected base pay range of $119,000 to $185,500 depending on location.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of fintech product compliance experience in the Payments industry
3+ years managing card-brand rule compliance or serving as a rule-change liaison
Experience designing and operating a formal program to track and disseminate card-brand rule changes
Working knowledge of payment processing, electronic fund transfers, and NACHA regulations
Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex compliance issues
Experience using AI tools to improve and automate compliance workflows or documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications: PCI or card network-specific certifications
Prior experience within a card brand, issuer, acquirer, or processor organization
