Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Senior Manager, Payroll to own and scale its global payroll function across accounting and operations. As the first dedicated payroll leader, the role will build systems, processes, and team infrastructure for a rapidly growing, globally distributed workforce; ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across jurisdictions; and partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and the Executive team. The position requires at least 8 years of progressive payroll experience, including 3 years in a senior or leadership role overseeing multi-country payroll operations, along with expertise in payroll accounting, multiple jurisdictions, payroll platforms, and HRIS integrations.
