Senior Manager Payroll at HDR

HDR is creating a Payroll Senior Manager role to lead global payroll operations, including U.S. payroll processing through Oracle EBS, international payroll administration using third-party providers, and the Oracle Time & Labor platform. The manager will oversee payroll and OTL teams, support strategic payroll processes and systems, manage vendors and acquired-firm integrations, maintain quality controls and segregation of duties, and lead staff development. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, with 10 years of accounting or business experience and at least five years of supervisory experience preferred.
