Description
SageSure is hiring a Senior Manager, People Analytics and Insights to build and scale a modern analytics capability within its People function. Reporting to the Director, People Strategy and Operations, the role will establish workforce reporting and metrics, create dashboards, deliver insights for hiring, retention, and workforce planning, improve data quality and integration, and introduce automation and AI-enabled analytics. The position requires at least eight years of experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, along with BI, SQL, HRIS, and analytics-automation experience.
