The Senior Manager Performance & Restructuring leads strategic repositioning and comprehensive turnaround projects for consulting clients, including operational implementation of turnaround concepts, integrated financial planning, liquidity forecasting, business-process optimization, and revenue-increase measures. The role serves as the primary customer contact, drives project success, and contributes to the development of Haselhorst Associates. It requires a master's degree in economics or industrial economics, extensive consulting and industrial experience, expertise in strategy, turnaround, and restructuring, strong financial-planning and negotiation skills, and fluency in German and English.
