Description
Jupiter Power is hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Engineering to lead fleet-wide battery energy storage system performance programs, including capacity testing, battery balancing, degradation and availability modeling, asset health reporting, OEM engagement, and technical issue resolution. The role supports ROC, origination, market operations, and asset management teams and requires utility-scale BESS technical expertise, relevant asset-management experience, OEM engagement experience, and familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud Databricks. The position is based in Austin, Chicago, or Houston and requires at least three days per week in the office, with travel to operational sites as needed.
