Diligent is hiring a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering to lead a global team responsible for its Atlassian and Microsoft platforms and to set architectural direction for the wider internal IT estate. The role covers enterprise platform strategy, governance, security, identity, automation, service management, AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams. It requires significant experience in internal IT, platform engineering, or enterprise applications, including leading distributed technical teams and owning Atlassian Cloud and Microsoft 365 E5 at enterprise scale. The position offers a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite work at a Diligent office and a pay range of $131,000–$164,000 USD.
