Description
The Platform Engineering Manager leads one or more platform teams and defines middleware evolution, API/SDK guardrails, observability, SLOs, resilience, security, and reliability practices. The role manages medium- to large-scale initiatives, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, guides software architecture and performance optimization, supports complex customer issues, and develops team performance and talent pipelines. It is a US-based role with a stated hiring range of $120,000 to $306,400 per annum and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
