Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Development in Nashville, Tennessee, to lead a first-line engineering team building reliable, secure, and scalable application deployment capabilities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role owns delivery from roadmap and technical design through launch and ongoing operation, guides AI- and agent-assisted engineering workflows, partners with product, security, SRE, and other engineering stakeholders, and builds and develops a high-performing engineering team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of software development experience including 3 years of engineering management or technical leadership, strong programming and distributed-systems expertise, and demonstrated people leadership. The stated US hiring range is $120,000 to $306,400 per annum, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
