Description
The Senior Manager, Partner Funding leads fundraising methodology, tools, training, and direct support for Maliasili’s portfolio of African conservation partners. The role develops resource-mobilization systems, supports Portfolio Managers, brokers funding opportunities, leads clustered workshops, and engages donors and the Vuma Fund. It reports to the Director, Collective Action and Funding, collaborates with Finance, Communications, FAD, and other teams, and serves as a developmental pipeline toward a future Deputy Director-level position.
