Description
The Senior Manager, Power Generation Engineering provides strategic technical leadership and operational oversight for power generation engineering programs, including thermal, combined-cycle, hydroelectric, and renewable generation assets. The role leads engineering teams, manages capital projects and asset lifecycle programs, oversees reliability and regulatory compliance, supports NERC standards, and collaborates with operations, vendors, and external stakeholders. It is primarily office-based with regular site visits, up to 50% travel including overnight trips, and on-call availability for critical incidents.
