Aligned Data Centers is hiring a Senior Manager, Preconstruction to lead the preconstruction phase of data center projects. The role covers budgeting, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, risk analysis, client and stakeholder presentations, and ongoing project support. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of construction estimating experience focused on data centers or mission-critical facilities, and proficiency with construction estimating software and Microsoft Office. The position offers $165,000–$190,000 plus bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
