Description
The Senior Manager, Privacy will lead Step Up for Students' enterprise privacy program, establishing governance frameworks, policies, controls, and risk-management processes while supporting compliance with applicable privacy laws and standards. The role partners with technology, legal, compliance, audit, product, operations, and business leaders; leads privacy investigations and incident response; supports audits, SOC 2 readiness, and privacy assessments; develops privacy metrics and reporting; and delivers privacy awareness training. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and 8–10 years of progressive experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, information security, audit, governance, or related disciplines.
