The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Proactive Collection to lead the Proactive Collection function within its Criminal Enforcement Unit and Intelligence Command. This permanent, full-time, home-based UK role provides strategic leadership and governance for covert authorities, sensitive intelligence capabilities, human intelligence sources, proactive and online covert intelligence, and intelligence collection activity. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure lawful and proportionate use of investigative powers, develop intelligence capabilities, and support threat assessment, investigations, enforcement, and strategic decision-making relating to criminal threats involving medicines and medical devices.
