Amgen is hiring a Senior Manager Process Development (MSAT) to lead biologics technology transfer, process validation, new technology evaluation, process optimization, complex investigations, and product life-cycle management. The role manages direct reports and cross-functional projects, supports regulatory filings, audits, inspections, and CMC activities, and requires advanced expertise in cell culture and/or purification, cGMP technical support, scale-up, troubleshooting, and commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Qualifications include a doctorate with two years of relevant experience, a master’s degree with six years, or a bachelor’s degree with eight years, plus at least eight years of technical experience in regulated biotechnology processes and two years of management experience.
