Description
The Senior Manager, Process Engineering will lead and develop process and industrial engineering and facilities professionals across multiple automated distribution center locations. The role owns automation performance, systems optimization, material flow, labor planning, facility infrastructure, safety, vendor management, KPIs, and continuous improvement using data analytics and lean six sigma. It requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, at least seven years of industrial engineering experience in distribution or fulfillment, and experience leading teams, developing labor standards, managing maintenance and external partners, and applying warehouse automation and data analytics expertise.
