Description
Drees & Sommer is hiring a Senior Manager Process Engineering in plant engineering to lead international engineering teams through the planning stages of industrial plant projects, including study, front-end engineering design, and EPC/EPCM. The role covers process and piping diagrams, equipment sizing, hazard studies, CCUS technology selection and modeling, client technology advice, authority and supplier interfaces, bidding, techno-economic and life-cycle analyses, and CAPEX/OPEX estimates. Candidates need a degree in plant, process, or utilities engineering, extensive experience leading international engineering teams and in process engineering and process safety, strong CCUS and simulation expertise, and very good German and English skills. The position is flexible anywhere in Germany at a Drees & Sommer location and offers mobile working.
