Drees & Sommer is hiring a Senior Manager Process Engineering in plant engineering to lead international engineering teams through study, front-end engineering design, and EPC/EPCM phases for complex industrial plants. The role covers process and piping diagrams, equipment sizing, hazard studies, CCUS technology selection and modeling, client technology advice, authority and supplier interfaces, bidding, techno-economic and life-cycle analyses, and CAPEX/OPEX estimates. Candidates need a plant, process, or utilities engineering degree, extensive international engineering leadership experience, deep CCUS and process-safety knowledge, simulation and project software expertise, and strong German and English skills. The position is flexible anywhere in Germany at a Drees & Sommer location and offers mobile working.
