Drees & Sommer is hiring a Senior Manager Process Engineering in plant engineering to lead international engineering teams through the planning phases of industrial projects. The role covers FEED and EPC/EPCM, process diagrams, equipment design, hazard studies, CCUS technology selection, heat and material balances, client consulting, and interfaces with authorities, suppliers, and transport partners. Candidates need a degree in plant, process, or supply engineering, several years of international engineering-team leadership experience, and strong knowledge of process engineering, process safety, simulation tools, and CAPEX/OPEX analysis. The position is flexible throughout Germany, with remote work available.
