Description
Spectrum is hiring a Senior Procurement Manager to independently lead cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation and management, supplier performance, cost savings, and strategic category planning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of procurement contract negotiation and contract management experience, one to three years of electronic procurement or contract solutions experience, two years of direct industry or company experience, change-management ability, and P2P process knowledge. The position is onsite four days per week with one remote day and offers a base salary of $98,900 to $191,100.
