Snowflake is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its App Experience & Marketplace Data Science team in the Product organization. The role combines team leadership with hands-on data science work, including AI-native product development, agentic services, semantic views, AI evaluation, and proof-of-concept development. The manager will mentor data scientists, establish AI guardrails, partner with technical and business stakeholders, and grow the team. The position requires a master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, 10+ years of data science experience, 5+ years leading a data science team, and expertise in SQL, Python, machine learning, and large language models. The estimated base salary is $227,000–$326,600, with bonus and equity eligibility and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
