Description
The Senior Manager, Product Development and Sensory (Technical Formulator) will lead dietary supplement product development from concept through commercialization, including formulation refinement, manufacturing and scale-up, technical transfer, sensory and consumer experience optimization, quality and stability requirements, and supplier and contract-manufacturer management. The role requires a scientific degree, at least five years of progressive technical product development experience, and substantial dietary supplement formulation and manufacturing experience. The position is based in Shelton, Connecticut, with a base salary of $132,000 to $170,000 and comprehensive benefits.
