Description
SRS Acquiom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Engineering, to lead and manage Engineers on a dedicated, cross-functional Agile delivery team. This role involves taking ownership of two products and product delivery teams, collaborating with teammates to define acceptance criteria, partnering with Product Owners/Managers, and being accountable for hiring engineers. The manager will contribute to the codebase, coach engineers, evaluate performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, align team decisions with enterprise architecture principles, stay current with software engineering practices, and focus on driving a positive user experience.
