Capital One is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management - Developer Experience, AI Coding Tools & Developer Research to own measurement and acceleration of developer productivity across 14,000+ developers. The role defines metrics for engineering investment, builds data products quantifying developer productivity, shapes enterprise measurement of AI coding tools, and leads telemetry and developer experience research. It requires a quantitative degree or a bachelor's degree plus at least four years of product management experience, strong data fluency, and experience with emerging technologies, AI automation, or CI/CD and DevOps tools. The position is full-time, offers performance-based incentive compensation, and is not eligible for employment authorization sponsorship.
