Description
GitLab is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its Security Posture Management team within the Product Security Department. The role owns the direction, delivery, and growth of security capabilities across GitLab’s own software estate, including secure configuration, software supply chain security, risk governance, audit evidence, and metrics. It also involves serving as Customer Zero for security features, representing the work externally, and building and coaching the team in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. The role requires experience managing security or engineering teams, technical fluency across security posture management and supply chain security, and a track record of broad, governed security rollouts. The United States base salary range is $168,000 to $245,000 USD.
