Description
The Senior Manager of Production leads manufacturing operations by achieving production schedules, quality, cost, safety, regulatory, and personnel objectives. The role supervises production leadership, coordinates with Molding, Materials Management, Maintenance and other cross-functional departments, manages headcount and personnel changes, supports process and cost improvements, and resolves production problems. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience, and 4 years of high-volume manufacturing experience; the work is performed in a clean-room office environment with occasional travel.
