Horizon Organic is hiring a Senior Manager, Production to oversee manufacturing operations at its Salt Lake City plant. The role supervises processing and packaging business units, coordinates production scheduling and shipping, manages plant capacity and costs, supports quality compliance and safety programs, and leads cross-functional operations and people-management activities. The position is onsite and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of food-production operational and management experience, planning and project-management experience, food-technology knowledge, GMP and quality-management knowledge, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
