Description
The Senior Manager – Warehouse & Production Control Operations & Launch will own end-to-end material flow across production planning, material control, warehouse execution, and customer shipment. The role leads daily operations, KPI improvement, workforce planning, safety, cost control, and operational standardization, while managing the transition from the Mt. Juliet, Tennessee warehouse to a new Lebanon, Tennessee facility with a planned June 2027 go-live. The position also prepares processes for future automation and leads production control and warehouse managers, planners, supervisors, and frontline leaders.
