Description
The Senior Manager, Professional Services Cloud Architects (PCAM) leads a team of 8–10 ProServe Cloud Architects in North America, combining hands-on customer and stakeholder engagement with people leadership, performance management, hiring, coaching, and team development. The role partners with ProServe Account Executives, delivery teams, sales, and solution architecture leadership to support cloud customer journeys, improve bookings and engagement margins, drive AI adoption, and maintain operational and quality standards. Candidates need substantial IT or management consulting experience, people leadership experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience influencing senior stakeholders; AWS certification, cloud architecture experience, and matrixed-organization experience are preferred. The position is available in Chicago, New York, Dallas, Arlington, and Seattle, with annual base salaries ranging from $201,000 to $299,200 depending on location.
