AMD is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead key engineering and operational initiatives within the Radeon Technology Group. This role involves managing projects from concept to execution, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring alignment with product objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience in semiconductor-related fields, preferably with a focus on Graphics, GPU Compute, or Machine Learning.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 9-12 years of program management experience in IP, SOC, Software, or product development.
Experience as both a technical lead and a project manager.
Strong understanding of the general silicon engineering process (preferably GPU or APU), from concept to production.
Experience independently driving global and multi-disciplined complex engineering programs in parallel.
Preferred Qualifications: Emulation resource planning, negotiation, process improvement, and trade-off decision-making.
Proven ability to drive multiple strategic operational programs, capable of effective multitasking and managing competing priorities.
Expertise in graphics IP, SOC, and/or SW development, and ideally overall product development.
Understanding of engineering & business processes and reporting, with experience in budget planning.
High standards of communication, productivity, business acumen, and teamwork.
Ability to operate effectively in a large matrixed organization and achieve results through influence.
A self-starter with leadership qualities, enthusiastic about and inspired by a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering on all program commitments from inception to execution.
Definition of programs at the program level in conjunction with architects and business leaders.
Delivery of programs to achieve milestones within schedule and budget.
Primary owner of overall messaging regarding program status and issues to key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification.
