Description
The Senior Manager, Program Management will lead the end-to-end product onboarding process for Coupang’s Jiku international products line in Taiwan. The role oversees catalog onboarding quality, SLAs and operational metrics, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, AI-assisted translation quality, and proactive issue resolution. It requires people leadership, operational process management, stakeholder management, and familiarity with catalog onboarding workflows; experience with international product onboarding, compliance requirements, and AI-assisted translation workflows is preferred.
