The role leads classified programs and develops a team of experienced program managers while overseeing proposal development, strategic planning, customer engagement, cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and portfolio results. Responsibilities include program reviews, executive and customer briefings, contract negotiations, subcontractor management, and cross-functional communication. The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or equivalent experience; travel may be up to 20%.
