L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Norfolk, Virginia to lead and direct experienced project managers and supervisors for critical defense production programs, including high-impact field service engineering support for U.S. Navy customers. The role manages program cost, schedule, technical performance, concurrency dependencies, customer communications, proposals, budgets, milestones, and execution across technical, manufacturing, field service, and administrative areas. Candidates need management experience in sustainment or integrated logistics support, a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least 10 years, EVMS knowledge, PMP certification or ability to obtain it within one year, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance. The salary range is $133,000–$247,000, with 20% travel and health and disability insurance among the benefits.
