Protegrity is hiring a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead the delivery of strategic product, platform, and business initiatives across its cloud-native, data security, and AI solutions. The role establishes scalable program governance and delivery frameworks, coordinates cross-functional planning and releases, manages portfolio risks and dependencies, provides executive visibility into portfolio performance, and leads a team of Program Managers. Candidates need at least 10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations, plus 5+ years of people leadership experience and experience scaling or transforming program management organizations.
