The role oversees appointed programs and managers, manages complex client programs and budgets, resolves issues, develops procedures and training materials, supports electronic application solutions, participates in strategic planning, and mentors supervisory staff. It requires substantial healthcare or pharmaceutical experience, managerial experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
