Description
Worley is seeking a Project Controls Manager to permanently support assigned energy, chemicals, and resources projects. The role covers manpower planning, cost estimating, project management plans, client financial approvals, cost control, scheduling, change management, reporting, document control, risk management, and project controls systems. It also includes recruiting and developing project controls personnel, mentoring staff, auditing controls activities, demonstrating controls capability to clients, and participating in proposal preparation and team coaching. An engineering degree and PMC project experience are required; experience with engineering tools, process engineering, client management, and leadership is preferred.
