Worley is hiring a Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls function and a multi-billion-dollar mining project. The role owns cost control, scheduling, estimating, reporting, earned-value analysis, change impact, and the implementation of project controls systems and tools. It is a managerial position responsible for the performance of a team in both the home office and on the construction site, with direct client and regional operational manager interfaces. The posting requires a university degree or equivalent, approximately 15 years of relevant experience, experience with large mining and EPCM/EPC projects, and bilingual Spanish-English capability.
