Capital One is hiring a Senior Manager, Project Management to serve as the strategic orchestrator across its Technology Strategic Workforce Planning ecosystem. The role synthesizes inputs from Finance, division labor leads, HR, Talent Acquisition, and technology executive leadership into a unified labor roadmap, automated decision-support infrastructure, headcount targets, skill profiles, organizational design frameworks, reporting dashboards, and executive narratives. Responsibilities include leading complex projects and programs, developing project plans, managing governance and risks, solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring associates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of project management experience, and at least two years of people management experience; an MBA, additional project management experience, and relevant certifications are preferred. The role is based in McLean or Richmond, Virginia, with annual salaries of $177,700–$202,800 or $161,500–$184,300 respectively, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
