Xaira Therapeutics is hiring a Project Manager, Biologics R&D to plan and coordinate biologics research programs from early-stage discovery through IND-enabling studies. The role manages timelines, milestones, risks, resources, and cross-functional collaboration; supports scientific decision-making; and develops contingency plans for critical-path activities. Candidates need an advanced life-science degree, at least six years of industry experience including hands-on biologics research and project or timeline management, and experience managing projects through IND filing. The position is on-site in the SSF office and offers a base salary of $148,000 to $185,000 annually plus bonus and equity.
