Description
Conga is hiring a Senior Manager, PS in Ahmedabad to build and manage an offshore professional services delivery team. The role includes hiring, training, coaching, retaining, and measuring team effectiveness; coordinating with global and offshore teams; leading enterprise software implementations; serving as a subject matter expert for Conga customers; and driving AI-first delivery initiatives. Candidates need at least 15 years of IT experience, strong team-management and communication skills, and experience with global teams and full-lifecycle enterprise software implementations; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
