AIR Communities is hiring a Senior Manager for its Public Affairs & Issues Management team to identify, assess, and resolve complex, high-profile issues and reputational risks across the business. The role leads escalated and crisis situations, coordinates with legal, government relations, communications, operations, and other stakeholders, develops communications materials, supports process improvements, and advises leadership on risk and resolution strategies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, political science, or a related field, 8–10+ years of high-stakes reputation management experience, and experience with media, government officials, regulatory agencies, and external influencers. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 plus an annual bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement contributions, paid leave, and professional development.
