Description
The MRO Purchasing Manager reports to a Director or VP within DENSO North America Purchasing Group and leads the MRO Purchasing team. The role develops sourcing and long-term purchasing strategies, negotiates complex supplier agreements, conducts cost analysis and RFP/RFQ processes, manages supplier performance and supply-chain risk, ensures procurement compliance, and supports continuous improvement. It also includes people-management responsibilities for direct and indirect reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, at least 10 years of related experience, and at least 3 years of people leadership experience. The annual salary is $141,000–$177,000, with medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, paid time off, bonus, wellness, and other benefits.
