Housecall Pro is hiring a Senior Manager, QA Engineering to lead quality engineering strategy, test automation, quality standards, risk management, and shared quality ownership across engineering, product, and quality teams. The role manages and develops a multidisciplinary team of QA engineers and analysts, establishes quality metrics, improves testing workflows, and operationalizes AI-assisted testing approaches. It requires at least 8 years of QA or related experience, including 5+ years of people leadership, along with advanced automated testing expertise and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Compensation starts at $8,900 per month, and the role is remote.
