Description
United Airlines is hiring a Senior Manager of Quality Engineering within Information Technology to lead multiple quality engineering teams and managers and establish enterprise quality strategies, standards, frameworks, and operating models. The role oversees end-to-end quality assurance, test automation, continuous integration and deployment, quality observability, defect management, release readiness, and AI-enabled quality transformation across products, platforms, and technology initiatives. It requires at least five years of management experience in quality engineering or related IT leadership, three years implementing test automation frameworks, and three years supporting release automation and application performance testing. The base salary is $140,600 to $183,108, with bonus and long-term incentive compensation eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
