RayzeBio is hiring a Senior Manager (Principal Scientist) to lead radiopharmaceutical drug-product development and CMC activities across preclinical, early-, and late-stage development. The role covers formulation development, IND-enabling studies, scale-up, automation, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing, regulatory documentation, manufacturing deviations, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical, and operations teams. The position is onsite in Indianapolis, requires 8+ years of pharmaceutical drug-development or CMC experience, and offers a base salary of $124,449 to $150,803 plus potential incentive cash and stock opportunities.
