Description
Navan is hiring a Senior Manager, Real Estate and Workplace Programs to establish and operate a global real estate and workplace portfolio. The role owns portfolio visibility, lease obligations, calendar and decision cadences, broker and transaction coordination, business cases, occupancy and utilization planning, space options, project governance, and executive decision materials. It requires 6+ years of corporate real estate or workplace portfolio experience, strong cross-functional partnership skills, familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, and up to 20% travel.
