Description
Navan is hiring a Senior Manager, Real Estate and Workplace Programs to establish and operate a global real estate and workplace portfolio. The role owns portfolio visibility, lease obligations, broker and transaction workstreams, business cases, occupancy and utilization planning, space options, project governance, stakeholder alignment, and AI-enabled reporting. It requires 6+ years of corporate real estate or workplace portfolio experience, strong program management and analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% across domestic and international locations. The posted pay range is $113,400 to $252,000 USD.
