Description
NVIDIA is seeking a senior real estate development leader to own end-to-end development projects from site selection through construction readiness and delivery preparation. The role leads approvals, entitlements, regulatory and permitting pathways, government and municipal negotiations, consultant coordination, program governance, risk management, and executive decision materials for large-scale enterprise, technology, or campus developments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years of real estate development and capital project experience, including 8 years of management experience, and demonstrated experience in Taiwan or a comparable regulatory environment.
