MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations to lead the RecOps team and establish scalable recruiting infrastructure. The role owns the talent acquisition technology roadmap and vendor relationships, predictive talent intelligence and data architecture, process and workflow optimization, governance and compliance, and cross-functional operational projects. It requires at least five years of recruiting operations leadership experience, three years of people management, recruiting technology expertise, hands-on Google Sheets and data analysis skills, and strong compliance and stakeholder-management capabilities. The U.S. base salary range is $115,000 to $198,000 USD.
