Description
Traditional Medicinals is hiring a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance to lead regulatory strategy, governance, compliance coordination, audit readiness, and regulatory capability development for its dietary supplements, OTC, botanical, and wellness products. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the role partners with Quality, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Innovation, and other functions to interpret regulatory requirements, advise business leaders, manage certifications, and support responsible growth. The position is full-time and hybrid, based in the Rohnert Park office with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. It requires 7–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related regulated-product environments, with a college degree preferred and a graduate degree a plus. The salary range is $155,900.00–$204,645.00.
